Your privacy is of fundamental importance to us and we want each of our users to always feel protected and informed about how we use their data: this Privacy Policy illustrates the personal data processed by Amaranth Srls, the processing method and the purposes.
Amaranth Srls with headquarters in Via delle Terre Arnolfe 50, 05100 Terni (Tr) VAT number 01540810551 (hereinafter Holder), as data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (Hereinafter GDPR) that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:
1.Object of the treatment
The Data Controller processes personal data, identifying and non-special (formerly sensitive) data, in particular, name and surname or company name, address, tax code and/or VAT number, e-mail, telephone number – hereinafter Personal data) communicated by you during the contact/communication phase for the promotion/rental/leasing of our accommodation facilities.
2. Purpose of the processing
Your Personal Data is processed:
- Without your express consent (art.6 letter b, e GDPR), for the following service purposes:
-allow us to promote and provide our products and services.
-allow registration for the information service provided by the Data Controller regarding updates and tax news relating to our products and services.

-prevent or detect fraudulent activity or abuse that is harmful to the Website;
-exercise the rights of the Data Controller, for example the right to defense in court

- send you newsletters, product update information, commercial communications, and/or advertising material on products or services offered by the Data Controller via email.
Please note that if you are already our customer, we may send you commercial communications relating to the Data Controller's products and services similar to those you have already used, unless you disagree.
3. Treatment modality
